Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
